Acts 7:59-60)...And Stephen holding on to Jesus to the end, being stoned to death for his unwavering faith in Jesus said, Lord Jesus Hold not this sin to their charge. Into Your hands I entrust my spirit/my soul.
Friends one thing is for certain and that is, we all shall on our day, give up the ghost within us, our spirit & soul. It is written that everyone of us have a spirit and a soul within, and that such are required of us unto God without exception. It matters not that men do not believe these words of the Lord. Unbelief is not powerful enough to hide ones eyes from the souls day of full self disclosure. Nor can spiritual ignorance dismiss the person from the souls day of accountability to the God that gave it.
Yes my friend, unless the rapture occurs before death knocks on our bodies door we will give up the ghost. James wrote in his light that the body without the spirit in it is dead and lifeless (James 2:26). The light and life energy that is of our spirit is the key to our cells and our bloods living life force. Once it is lifted or removed, the bodies life energies are gone and the physical matter, having not the everlasting energy to continue to sustain itself, shows its non eternal weakness and dies. Its eternal energies and powers are lifted and gone.
Eternal life energies and everlasting powers are spiritual life forces. Where the spirit is there is life, there is existence. Where it is not, there is death. This is mans difference from the animal world. Man is spirit, soul and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23-24). Had man never sinned, the eternal light and life energies of his God breathed into him spirit would have sustained mans physical life to the everlasting measure. It was that eternal life energy packed! God created us for and everlasting fellowship and He injected from His Eternal Spirits inside glory all the needful light and life forces and eternal energies to make it all happen on the everlasting scale of His Eternal dream for man.
But as we know now Adam & Eve committed the sin unto death and the walls of our spirits unique tie to God and to purest light and to sinless life energies of perfect purity and perfection came crashing down within them like tons of besetting weight. The fall was so furious and weighty that joy unspeakable and full of gladness glory, was turned into the heavy weight of fear, dread, and sorrow. Their affliction was great loss and constant regret, and their life became a dreary dulling vexation of soul loaded with thorns and thistles.
Adam & Eve experienced inside themselves that transgression day the worlds heaviest downer next to the torments of hell itself. They were created like children whose spirits soar with high dreams and wondrous imaginations, knowing know doubt or fear at all, only love,joy, peace and that life in the garden with Gods blessings tasted deliciously good. All things around them looked like they all had a special praise to God about them. Plants, trees, flowers, the different creatures shined like with embracing each other lovely living smiles and sparkles with the blessing and glory of God upon them like the glistening dew in the morning. Truly happiness was all they knew. Not because of things they had outside their soul. But because of the condition of their spirit and souls within. They were sinless and untouched by the knowledge of good and evil. They were created in the image and likeness of the fulness of Christ in their heart and souls without sin and shame. Life tasted absolutely 100% Joy delicious and heavenly wonderful and divine. They were in all their parts spirit, soul and body far far far from oppression and fear. Life and just being was perfect.

Its a tragedy of tragedies what they did under the temptation and what happened to them, and to us their offspring. When understood deeply it is a horror story second to no other. It is a true story of real terror to the world of what happened to mankind under their watch and what it caused even Jesus and the Father to endure and go thru to remedy at such a great price. THE CROSS OF CHRIST THE SON OF GOD.

So much can be said write here about all this(The Great Tragedy) but the main focus point that I want you to see today is this. The cross of Christ was the remedy. The Cross of Christ was the wisdom of God to fix what Satan & Adam & Eve did together that caused so much pain and suffering to come upon all the world and the fulness thereof, and even to come upon the Lord our Maker who was to become, by precious blood shed, the Lamb our REDEEMER. The Cross of Christ is a place of death and of life. A place where people gather together for salvation, but it is also a place where certain people (the condemned) gather around to mock, and scorn unto their own destruction. Why do you hang around the Cross of Christ?
Friends the spirit and the soul that we have talked about today, in this message, is truly required of everyone of us. It is a living thing. Now I want you to please get this and never forget it. You are cherished and loved by God with His highest affections. For you He was willing to sacrifice His own Issac (Jesus His Son, His Only Son) to save you from the knashing of teeth that was originally created for the rebelling devil and his wicked spirits. He loved you so much that He spared not even His own Son though His Son cried for a while that He might be spared the taste of the cup of the Cross. He spared him not Paul preached to save us from our sins and from the wrath of God to come(Romans 8:32)(1 Thessalonians 1:10).
But there exist also a flip side to this truth that must be preached. A side we must all take into consideration and let its message do unto each of us its sobering purpose. That sermon is, "The soul shall perish in the den of snakes and of serpents and of scorpions in unquenchable fire that gathers around the Cross of Christ only to mock and spit and laugh at the Son of God in unbelief". The soul that is required that has no cloak for its sin shall by no means be spared the wrath of God in that soul requiring day. For the God that spared not His own Son the taste of the Cross for our salvation though His Son cried with tears that He might be spared, shouts to all of us also very clearly the warning, that He will not spare the fool who says that there is no God, nor will He spare the soul that mocks the blood of His Sons agonies that he endured for our redemption, nor the souls that disobeys the gospel.
We must never consider any soul beyond this reproach that loves not the Lord Jesus Christ. Since God did not spare His own Son the horrors of the Cross, neither will he have mercy on the soul that wars against His Sons gospel, ways, love, and truth. That is also why my dad when on earth preached and why our preachers and priest today do preach the hope that Jesus Christ blood, death and resurrection speaks to us all from the Cross. Please be a friend to Jesus not an enemy. Please use these words to save a soul from death and everlasting tragedy. Ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins and to be your Savior and Love forevermore.
