.......As i was reading Psalms and Proverbs, one day it hit me that these two men (David and Solomon) I had a lot in common with and i was not alone. Both of these two men God showed himself unto and talked to openly. In the book of Psalms and of Proverbs they were writing about the Lord, his goodness, his grace, his fatherhood over them as their God, and they were writing about their manifold trials and failures and what they were feeling and experiencing in the moment and of what they had learned from looking back at their lives in the times that they were pleasing God and when they were disobeying God. All their ups and downs, highs and lows, ins and outs, when they pleased God and when they sinned greatly which both of them did MADE THE BOOK CALLED THE BIBLE, which being interpreted means THE WORD OF GOD & GRACE.
.......Friends by the same loving-kindness and mercy of God shown David and Solomon, you and I are going to make it. For if these men with their track record under the strength of the blood of bulls and of goats and of the heifers of the OLD COVENANT SACRIFICES FOR SINS MADE IT INTO GLORY by the intercessions of atoning animals blood, HOW MUCH MORE shall we walk the streets of glory in peace with God who have fled unto salvation, being washed and saved by the BLOOD OF GOD HIMSELF, the Word of God that became flesh and dwelt amongst us?.
.......No wonder Paul the apostle said that the Cross of Christ is Gods Own Personal Power for us unto salvation. It is where the mighty saving atoning precious blood of God Himself was poured out to save us from our sins....What a glorious PEACE OFFERING. For we are saved not by the works of the Law, but by faith in the mediation of a MIGHTY SACRIFICE. thru precious blood that speaks and intercedes.. As it is written. Without the shedding of blood there is no salvation from sin and no removal of sins committed. Good deeds cannot take away what only blood can. A good work cannot remove a sin stain, wrinkle, spot, or blemish. ONLY BLOOD....Blessed be God for the PASSOVER LAMB, HIS BLOOD, and ITS REDEEMING SAVING US FROM WRATH PURPOSE.
.......Lord Jesus, precious and holy Lamb of God with all my heart and hope and faith I am clinging to you and the power of the blood of your Cross. As surely as you are risen from the dead thru the power of God, we who believe and belong to you are risen thru the power of your own blood that speaks so many good things to those that hear your voice.... Amen.
Luke 1:6)...And they (Zechariah and Elizabeth) were both righteous before God (In right standing with God), walking in all the commandments and ordinances (instructions) of the Lord blameless.
Commentary.
......When I think of our world today I weep sometimes because it seems less and less people could fit the description of Zechariah and Elizabeth's love and devotion to God. As husband and wife they walked in all the commandments of God as blameless. What sweet life they must have tasted within. Not by wealth or fame, not by worldly applause or human success in this world, but by the souls reward from really constantly being faithful and obedient to God.
We live today in the prophetic times of the scripture that sin would be all over the place abounding in the last days. Few there be that are really sanctified and set apart for the Master by sincere love for him shown in their faithful obedience as Zechariah and Elizabeth were. These few among us today that do make the cut, when their friends turn left against the Lord they turn right and follow him. When it becomes politically incorrect to call upon the name of Jesus Christ publicly, they run and shout His Name on the house tops loving not their lives and fearing no threat of man or beast. But today, few are to embarrassed to shout his name so boldly. What will the neighbors think they say. Our family and friends will call us fanatical. Christ enemies will attack us. Friends nowhere in the scriptures have I found a word from Jesus telling us to put our light under a basket as if to be silent. Have you found one?
Well Zechariah and Elizabeth seemed to not care what the neighbors thought or didn't think about their deep devotion to God. Their delight was in the Lord and as our text tells us they delighted in keeping his commandments. What peace and joy must have been theirs thru the years of such sincere sanctification. A married couple loving and walking with God on earth.
Such sincere love and devotion to God always gets Gods attention. Psalms 91:14-16 reveals this truth and it reveals the rewards that can come upon the faithful ones when such true and sincere devotion is found. Zechariah and Elizabeth were about to find out that their love for the Lord and his commandments had gotten Gods attention.
At the right place and at the right time frame of Gods redemption work, Zechariah and Elizabeth were found to be in the right position to get an Angelic visitation with a glorious message from God. They were at the right place to be amongst the few on earth to hear from heaven that the dispensation for the visitation of Christ, Immanuel, which means God with us, had finally arrived on earth. They were even to become chosen to be vessels unto a special honor. They were going to be honored to bring forth Elijah, the great prophet known as John the baptist, to prepare the people for the visitation of Jesus the Lord of heaven.
Friends faith shown in obedience to God constantly, such sincere devotion lines us up for blessings and rewards, and sometime even special rewards. God has plenty of them to go around and He is the rewarder of those who obey him and diligently SEEK HIM (Hebrews 11:6).....But we must also say, sometimes they can cause us to experience the thorns of persecution. Our Lord fore told us that also. But Jesus said when we are persecuted for righteousness sake, he said for us to rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for that persecution means great is your reward in glory.

As Israel was to be believing, proud of, and so happy about their God, so are all believing Americans who have been ransomed by His Son who loved us and gave himself for us to redeem us unto God thru the sinless blood of His Cross. I am not ashamed.
Christ said to us all these words. (IT'S IN THE BOOK). He said and we quote, "He that will acknowledge Me before people so will I acknowledge him before My Father who is in glory. And yet those who deny Me before others, so will I deny them before My Father in heaven"....
Satan has been after all of America, he has been working hard against all the Americans and the world that he can, to corner them with this reason or that reason to deny knowing or believing in God or His Son. Why? So that they will suffer Christ denying them before the Father in heaven in their own personal judgement causing them their souls eternity.
Lord i am not ashamed of you and I acknowledge you before my fellow Americans and the world unashamedly. Jesus you are both Lord and Christ and My Savior....share freely your acknowledging Jesus Christ the Son of God. These days that is most important....deno.
When The True Spirit of God Leads.....deno.....share freely.
Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
..... So true is this verse, As many as are led by the Spirit of God they are the sons of God. The leading of the Spirit of the Lord is manifold in His leading. These scriptures bear out some of those specific leading's.
1) Jesus said, When the Spirit of truth (Christ Spirit) is come, he will lead and guide you into all truth.
......He will dwell IN YOU. (John 14:17)
..... He will not speak of himself.
......He will honor, exalt, and glorify Me (Jesus Christ).
......He will teach you all about Me.
......He will show you things to come. (John 16:13-15).
......He will convict the world of sin.
......He will teach you all things.
......He will bring all that I have told and taught you to your remembrance.
......And of course the Spirit of God being that God is love and that God is Holy, will always lead and guide us to walk in love towards each other and towards all men, and do so in mercy and in holiness.
......Doing good to others, clothing them, feeding them, helping them, and even blessing them without Jesus Christ as the root and the cause, and doing good to others without holiness is possible but it is not the gospels pure road. Not every so called good thing, or good move is of the Spirit of the Lord. Jesus said, even the world loves and does good to its own, but we must remember that when he said THE WORLD in this scripture, he was talking about people who do not know the Lord and who are separated from God and who are not yet saved, yet they have a love in their heart to do good to their own but they are lost and without God in their world and affairs (See Ephesians 2:12-13). For all of us to see and understand this truth is SO IMPORTANT. Above all things, we all must have Christ and him crucified and risen from the dead as the heartbeat of all the good we do or the good then that we do, it is all in vain and has no effect in saving the soul.
......A love and a charity without Jesus and without holiness is a counterfeit religion or walk. In Matthew 7:11 Jesus revealed this startling truth. He revealed that evil people, yes EVIL PEOPLE KNOW HOW to do good to others, to their children and friends. But that does not change the fact that they are evil. Matthew 11:7 SPEAKS VOLUMES that we all, even all the world must read and be clear about. We must all repent and submit our faith and devotion to Jesus Christ the Son of God.
.......Jesus said, Evil people know how to do good, act good, fall in love, marry and be given into marriage. He said that EVIL PEOPLE make love, have children, and provide for them good things, pleasant gifts, and to meet their needs. Nonetheless Jesus said and the scriptures cannot be broken, he said they are still evil people. WOW.
.......Think about this... All of Rome and all of its society with all its rich and vast culture and wealth, not one stone laid in it was built upon the truth of God, but on the lies of a deceiving prince and ruler of this world called Satan, and by delusions concerning divine things. ALL OF ROME. They did not know the one true God of Israel. Their gods were pagan gods (really no gods at all) but still yet their society was highly advanced and well organized to bless and to meet needs and to accomplish many other good things. They even had rules and laws to help cloth and feed poor people. But not one act of their charity was done in the name of Jesus Christ, nor in the name of the God of Israel. Matter of fact when certain leaders of Rome first met Christ face to face, those in Roman authority yielded to an AntiChrist screaming mob and assisted in hammering the Lord himself to a cross.
......Does your religion in this world teach you to be kind, sweet, to do good, and to be charitable and to help others but at the same time your teachers teach you to scorn, hiss at, and to mock the name and gospel of Jesus Christ ? If so, the good you are doing is not of nor led by the Spirit of God but by a deceiving counterfeit as the people of Rome was before its conversion to Christ......Jesus Christ Is Lord.
