     THE WORD OF THE LORD IS LIVING AND POWERFUL. IT IS SHARPER THAN ANY TWO EDGED SWORD.
   Brothers and sisters in Christ let us together remember that Jesus in his first earthly visitation in the flesh told us that He did not come to bring peace on earth yet, but a sword. This sword is the sword of  great dividing force and power. It divides and severs the soul from hell which is great and wonderful, but it also divides men up, nations up and severs family members from one another in the warfare of heavenly truth verses heavenly and worldly deceptions and religious and non religious lies and world views. It is a sword where men part ways because of it's power. It is a sword that separates the sheep from the goats, the children of God from the children of the lying one. It is a sword that cuts to the deepest levels of our being and existence with it's flame and sharpness working on the deepest levels of the heart and conscience of men. This sword is THE WORD OF THE CROSS OF CHRIST AND HIS PRECIOUS BLOOD, HIS FULL TASTE OF DEATH, AND RESURRECTION.
      A sword is always connected to blood shed in it's purpose and identities. No way around this purposed fact. It was formed and created to be a warriors weapon in battle and in defense of life and people. At Calvary the Sword cut deep into the flesh. even into the side and  then into the heart of the Son of God that the scriptures, the word of the Lord  be fulfilled. The Sword of the Lord is so powerful that God himself was fully subjected to it's sharpness, for the Sword is the scriptures, the Word of the Lord  of the Christ and it spoke of God becoming a man thru the Virgin, then fulfilling the bloodshed and brutalities that we read and see in Isaiah 52 and 53 and 54 Chapters..
     Yes friends, Jesus said that in his first earthen visitation in the flesh that he came not to bring peace on earth. He even preached that we are not to even think this. Does this surprise you? Matthew 10:34( Think not that I have come to bring peace on earth; I came not (This Time) to send peace, BUT A SWORD. Vs35) For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law, Vs 36) And a mans enemies shall be those of his own house hold.
      Now we all know that the family unit is the most powerful tie of human hearts on earth. The sword Jesus brought to the earth in the scriptures of His Name, Purpose, and Cross has the power to cut all family ties and turn family members at variance with one another over what they believe and stand for as divine truth and moral light. Since therefor the Sword of the Lord in this manner can divide family members against one another over its truth power, how much more can nations of people of lesser ties be divided from one another over it's power. Look what is going on in the earth today from the heat of the friction between the gospel faith and the Muslim beliefs. Between Jesus Christ world view and  his believers verses the world view of the humanist and the atheist. There is fire on the earth friends. A spiritual fire and it is burning up the chaff. With the Sword of Christ Gospel it is severing the wheat from the chaff by the wind of God on the earth known as the Spirit of Truth.
    So in this light we must submit our understanding to the fact that Jesus' first visitation was not to bring perfect peace on earth between the nations for how can two walk together in peace unless they agree; but as he himself testified to us all, He came to bring on earth a sword so powerful it can unite the spirit and heart of all those who believe it with God and His Spirit forever in a covenant of everlasting peace between ones heart and soul with God; but at the same time in the same earth it makes enemies of family members, friends and of nations. If we forget this truth and push this light to the side, all the friction and upheavals that we are and shall see more and more taking place on the earth can confuse us and in some cases cause people to stumble in their faith and fall away......this word has it's place in our faith.....deno....Jesus Is Lord.......Please share freely.
